Egypt Visa on Arrival

Egypt visa for us citizens

US citizens traveling to Egypt need a visa to enter the country. There are two ways to obtain an Egyptian visa as a US citizen:

Visa on arrival: US citizens can obtain a 30-day tourist visa on arrival at any of the major airports in Egypt. The cost of the visa is around 25 USD, and payment can be made in US dollars, euros, or Egyptian pounds.

E-Visa: US citizens can also apply for an e-visa online before traveling to Egypt. The e-visa allows tourists to stay in Egypt for up to 30 days and is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issuance. The cost of the e-visa is around 25 USD, and payment can be made online using a credit or debit card.
