Khufu Pyramid
Giza pyramids complex, Khufu Pyramid, is the second king of the Fourth Dynasty in ancient Egypt. He took power after the death of his father Snefru.
The Pyramid of Khufu, known as the Great Pyramid, is one of the most important and oldest monuments in the world and is one of the seven wonders of the world.
It Calls Cheops or Khufu in the pharaonic language.
Khufu is the son of King Snefru, Queen Hetep Harees, and the brother of Princess Hatters.
different than his father, he is known for his cruelty and severity in his rule as mentioned in historical texts.
He has nine children, one of whom is Djedif Ra, his crown prince. He also has 15 daughters, of whom Hatfaris II became a queen.

To build it took 20 years while the preparation of the ascending road, slopes, and foundations took another 10 years.
Work seems to have been going on throughout the year, not just during the summer or flood season.
Between 20,000 and 30,000 workers participated in the project.
The number of stones between 1,500,000 and 2,300,000.
Each stone weighs between 1.5 and 2.5 tons. However, some of the granite stones used to build the roof of the king’s burial chamber may weigh up to 50 tons each.
There are also engineers and heads of workers involved in the design and planning of the pyramid and its buildings.
This work always is done under the supervision of the king himself who had visited the site from time to time.
Engineer Ham Iono may have been the main architect responsible for the construction of the Great Pyramid of King Khufu.
Solar Boat Museum
South of the eastern side of the pyramid is a modern building containing the boat discovered in 1954 AD.
It is a huge royal boat made of cedarwood.
On the front of the boat has an umbrella, the middle part of which is covered with a frame carrying the umbrella.
The rear of the boat has the main cab, which is in the form of a roof supported by columns of palm trees.
The boat has a pair of paddles to guide the rudder and five pairs of paddles to run the boat.
It is about 43.3 meters long or 142.02 feet long, 5.90 meters wide or 19.35 feet wide and about 5 meters or 16.4 feet high at the front of the boat and 7 meters or 23 feet at the rear.
The boat used to transport the funerary furniture of the king.
While some boats were made as models, it is clear that this compound has already been used, as shown by the marked contraction of the remaining ropes.
